Rules of ZS

These are basicly the same rules as aMpT forums which we literally built-into but a new rule by me because I am tuly sick of this. I do not like what I see in ampt's off-topic and most sections in general, spam. So if I see of any reason EVEN ZS crews own members spamming I will automatically give a warning because I am sick of it and I do not know why aMpT is not acting about it, but it isn't happening here guys.

Thanks to Andy for giving me an Kemi MP's and we will be using it effectively.
