I don't think copying the replay will do any good since the file is already corrupt, at least it never worked for me.

Do not copy the already saved file, in that case as you said it won't help at all. Instead, after nailing a stunt hit F2 once, minimize the game and rename or move the replay file to another folder, then go back ingame and hit F2 again. This way you get 2 separate replay files that are not exact copies, which can prevent one of them from being corrupted. You can save as many files as you want just to be sure, I've been saving 5 separate replays on my best stunts and there was never a case where all 5 would be corrupted.
However, yesterday I made 3 of my stunt and all of them was corrupted. And I really thought this method could help... Now I think it's just all about luck, no matter what happens.

You need to alter your position each time you save another one, otherwise you're just making the same file over & over. Save once, move around for like 5-10 seconds, save again & so on.

Well, my tip is that I spam the F2 key before looking at it. Never had any problems with that. But copy/paste the replay.rep with another name is a great thing to do.

So you've actually had one of them crash and the others would work? In that case that's the best safety measure for sure.

Having lost some of my best stuff to corrupt replays, I always save about 5 copies of the replay and copy them to desktop before saving a final replay and checking it. The usual reason why replays get corrupted are down to the power options in windows, so make sure your hard drive isn't set to spin down after any period of time. But by copying it so many times, you really leave no room for corrupt replays :D

This, and when I used to stunt in SA I got off my bike because for some reason replays didn't fuck up as often when I did that.
