Fraps problems

Ok, I am using fraps 1.9D and the fully registered version.. And i have had no problems with it until now, but now whenever i record the clip using fraps like i always have done when i play it back it is very skippy and you cannot see much of the stunts when watching in any player cus it just skips many frames. Does anyone know why it does this all of a sudden? or how i can prevent it? Btw, I don't have the setup file for Fraps anymore so can't re-install.

drop the recording size by half, if you get smooth playback then i would make more room on the HD and defrag.. otherwise no ideas

Really really sorry for spamming but WOW I've NEVER seen pep post before, yet I know the name from XSA and stuff wow......And for the fraps problems, Omni fxed it, it was his lack of system rescources due to too many programs open.
