That's a problem I have sometimes. Have your draw distance at max, if you've already done that try editing the timecyc to have a higher far clip, or use Spoosh to spawn cars. I sometimes still have that problem, I guess it's just glitches made by the map.

Hmm I install LC mod - And i haven't got this problem with stuck

Yeah, it's mainly the VC map that has problems. Probably down to the way the map was constructed as opposed to the LC or SAiVC mods.

As far as I know, a problem with VC's map/engine - doesn't always happen, only sometimes when you drive to far away from the vehicle. The vehicle may just disappear altogether (what is happening is it sinks into the ground [I think]), or, as in your case, it will then respawn on the nearest car-path (ie. in the middle of the road nearby). Using the remember car feature of my scm, or using Spoosh to spawn the car, will make it so its almost always the latter of those two possibilities, but I don't know of a way to stop it from happening in the first place (although Hay's suggestions sound like they're worth trying).

i have it with remember car, spoosh and normal dannye's.. its really annoying.. some CSM set-ups get to the road too.. BSM dissappear in my game sometimes but P2b's never ever dissappear when car remembered.. or get to closed road how far you go they wont dissappear.. except if you cross a loading screen

happens to me all the time aswell,with tree csms too
