ok i have the cheat device thing it says press L+Up i press that but the cheat device list does not come down i do not understand does anybody know?

what firmware have you got. Above 2.7?? Wont work because sony patched it(forgot why,something with homebrew games) so you pretty much are screwed unles theres a 2.7 downgrader

I bet your LCS is the patched version. Search GTA LCS v1 or edition 1 on ebay

Dude, easy way to check, go to the PSP main menu and put LCS in, under the UMD icon is the update... its easy to tell what version ur UMD is.

if update is:
2.00 - You should be fine
2.60 - Patched version, you would have to buy another copy that has the 2.00 update on to use cheatdevice.

... Since when does devhook run on a 2.6?

and the 2.71 prx is buggy and has less features.
