yep in sony vegas with pluginpac..but its hard to hold a steady position with it...after effects motion tracking..just type in youtube :adobe after effects motion tracking tut/tutorial..i think there will be one

Or you could take a big texture in VC (like the construction site's billboard) and replace the image with your text, making sure everything else is alpha'ed out, then just use MooMapper to plonk the billboard down wherever you want the text...

...which is what Sam did.
