Well a few days ago i had to format my pc, i,ve now reinstalled windows and installed the drivers for my graphics card and also i,ve installed vc. Before i used to get a stuck 30 fps in game , now the fps changes when i get air by about 1 fps. V-sync is on so i dont know why it is doing this. This fps problem is messing up my reps.

Are you sure all your drivers are updated? Maybe something you didnt install made it like this..

If not I have no idea sorry

My fps when i get air goes up by 1 or 2 it doesnt go below 30.

does this matter at all?? I stunt with 1gig RAM and GeForce 2 and I am usually 15-28 FPS.

Try decreasing the resolution of VC.

Haha your right  other people would love to get 2 more fps in a game and you start posting around that its a problem to get that

you don't have as many things on your PC im assuming.. so its not lagging like it should i guess

Turn triple buffering off that helped my friend with fps DROPS while looking into the sky in some games.

The problem was i didnt install my chipset drivers, its fine now
