Best one out of them, got progressively worse after that. THUG2 felt too rigid albeit an awesome soundtrack and THAW just swapped load screens for incredibly long tunnels; anything after that was just even worse. There is a cool mod for THUG2 named THUGPRO that adds (or is aiming to add) all the levels from THPS/THPS2/3/4/THUG/THAW to one game and also has MP which is nice so maybe check that out.

Also complete THUG twice for the alternate ending, fuck Eric Sparrow.

I wish they'd done it on the original THUG instead of THUG2 plus some of the levels still crash but its fun to play old school levels in a new-ish engine.

Anyway last game I completed was VC to 100% with all the unique vehicles minus one that got discovered while I was playing through and some I didn't want to get since they're glitch only.











Now to do III, then SA and maybe some PSP versions through emulators.

@Afterlife: I've already played through limbo a couple of times. Good game indeed! I'll be looking to play Unravel sometime in the future, hoping for another artsy awesome platformer experience!

@Fighter: 100% as in gather all the stars as well? If so then gg! I've only played it for a few hours so far, but I'm definitely going to finish it! By the looks of it I'm not going to bother with all the stars though... I enjoy when you have to figure out how to get a collectable in puzzles, but I'm much less fond of just looking for shit in open world environment (like hidden packages in VC). Anyway, Talos Principle so far seems like a great game that's gonna go down as one of my favorites, even though I need to be in a certain mood to start playing.

Last games I finished were Nihilumbra on PSVita, which was pretty good (I disliked the narrator though, but you can turn narration off). Upon completing the game, "The Void" mode unlocks, which is all the levels with increased difficulty. Great puzzle platformer which I'll probably play more. I also beat Hotline Miami which was a really great game. Currently playing through Hotline Miami 2 from time to time. After that I might try to improve my scores, as the gameplay is fun and the atmosphere/music is awesome.

Then there was Magicka 2 which I beat with a friend, recently. Great coop game which was really fun.

Aaaand Life is Strange I also beat sometime in early january. I didn't think it was THAT amazing to be honest. It was alright.

Finally there's Dust: An Elysian Tail, which I played around christmas. Great game, loved it. I think I played it 100% in fact.

Games I'm playing nowadays are RollerCoaster Tycoon (the original). I had never played the expansion packs before so having fun with that, and oh man, the nostalgia is strong! Also almost beat Titan Souls with a friend. We called it a night after dying....many times. Should manage to finish it next time though (seemed like it was the final boss or at least close)! Besiege is another game I've toyed with for a few hours these past weeks.

Also looking to finish Super Mario Galaxy 2 (playing with little brother from time to time), Splatoon and Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze (playing with gf) and Stuntman, the old PS2 game. Though I'll probably be playing Minecraft a lot when 1.9 comes out on monday...

tldr: I've played a lot of games lately and I recommend all the ones I mentioned here.

edit: I also played through Bastion, The Swapper (10/10 holy shit), the first chapter of the kings quest with my little brother aaaand clocked around  40 hours of rocket league.

and goddamn it now the semester has started, how am I gonna have time to play all the games I want to play

I played through Gravity Rush on PS4 a few days ago, 100%'ed it to be sure. Super fun game, I only wish the combat was either less central or more fleshed out. It became very repetitive and easy, especially when you maxed out your character. Just constantly gravity kick until you got the special move and throw rocks everywhere.

Currently going through the Ratchet and Clank reboot. Still a fun game, although much harder than I anticipated. Kind of dislike the way the story is being told, but I honestly can't remember much from the original. However I'm going to be playing through the original after I finish the reboot anyway. It looks super fucking nice though, but not digging the cutscenes directly from the movie.

I recently finished Beyond: Two Souls and was just utterly blown away by it.  I can see why there were mixed reviews as it's certainly not traditional gaming, but if it hooks you then you are in for one hell of a stunning journey.  I intend to play it through again at some point, in chronological order (you have the option to play it in the original jumping-about-timey-wimey way, or chronological).

I also recently finished Watch Dogs again, in preparation for Watch Dogs 2 in a few months time.  If only Watch Dogs and GTAO would make babies.  Gaming would be so much better!

I think the last game I finished was Unravel, but that was some months ago now. Recommended! Nice puzzle platformer with beautiful art/music

I recently downloaded Persona 4 Golden to have something to do on flights etc. it seems pretty cool so far (3 hours in now), probably worth checking out if you like Final Fantasy-like battle systems. Seems quite well written too!
