The problem with a TL like this is the communication part. Atleast for me it was. I didn't really know what the rest of my team did and what they were trying. Then the fact some of them werent online much (same for me) and the bomb is triggered

Honestly, if you have such a problem with everything nowadays leave. I understand your old-timer status and i also understand how important you are/have been in the history of stunting but if your only around here to bitch or moan i'm sorry but i think i speak for everyone when i say, just leave.

Also i think our team was quite organized, by the first/second day we were all assigned and kept in constant contact, but that's up to my team to decide how i led..
