Script/ 3D needed

Hey, is there anyone who can do scripts for SA?

Trying to do a skin with glowing paths on it, maybe even changing colors.
Also if anyone who can do 3d mods is willing to do a collaboration hit me up.

The easiest way I could think to do something like that would probably be to duplicate the existing light positions using Zmodeler or something similar and make a path out of those. Not sure how you'd make it change but I'd presume you could do that through some sort of CLEO script.
