Look, this place is basically for making people's requests and delivering the skins to them "with smile". That's how I'd say it in a simple way. We don't care about your problems, about your feelings and critics you give to the members, even if you can skin and you're experienced. So next time when you have a problem with any product or something around this shop, go argue with the person personally. Thanks.
