You'll have to ask him. It's not only a timcyc though. It's also enb series color correction.

Yeah it's kinda fail, I only bothered to change the sky for one type of weather and it always looks the same no matter what time it is. And without enb it looks shitty as hell since I couldn't be bothered to fix it :P
