That blacklist thingy idea came up in the topic I made last year already. Boycotting won't work at all, there will always be people which won't spot the modding (mostly the newer members obviously) and believe it. Shutting up then and seeing how they "soil" the new guys is crap. Many of the newer people just get into GTAS with a totally wrong step and think modding is normal already. That's like getting used to the modding stuff already lol. And basically that causes the raising amount of modders, other modders.
FF I assume you're not much used to SA, but actually it's
not hard to spot modding. Just pick the right guys with some knowledge and they'd manage that (e.g. MMM). In case there should be an incorrect decision, the thread creator can still contact the other admins/moderators, but those modders wouldn't at all because they know their topics don't belong to the Un-Modded Video Releases board
And SS, the modders would lose their passion if they get warned (furthermore blocked) over and over again.
