I'm not really "in" with the IV modding scene so I don't really know how map mods affect how the game runs.. BUT I would assume you could play this with a PC that just runs SA, I can JUST run IV at 15-20 FPS with game booster's help

Post by: VaNilla on April 22, 2011, 03:38:54 AM: Vice IV isn't even being made anymore Flat Face, that was one guy making it alone. He had competition from a whole team who were making 'Vice City RAGE' so he gave up. There's also GTA San Andreas HD which is like half converted :P
