Delete system32, it's just temporary files.

Deleting the kernel32.dll works good too.

You can't solve hardware problems with software solutions, try either to tune up your graphics card in your driver settings or go into your BIOS(CMOS) and change the FSB of your CPU. !ATTENTION: DO IT ONLY WHEN YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DO!

I fucked up once my FSB, PC didn't started anymore. Luckily I have a BIOS reset on my mainboard.

You can also try delete some old stuff from your PC, like the Temp folder in the WINDOWS directory, Tuneup Utilities 2008(*cough* If you want it, I can send you a PM *cough*) is a good program for that, since it has also MemOptimizer which you can set up to automatically, so when your RAM is full with stuff that's not needed, it cleans it. Or you can defrag your HDD.

You can also download CCleaner, since it's free.

Hope that helped, if not, just ask.

Defrag and delete temp files. Upgrade your comp and stop crying.

"so when your RAM is full with stuff that's not needed"

Why waste your time on a program that does shit like that when you can just reboot? -sigh-

Because a reboot also means closing every single program? It takes like a minute for me to clear my RAM, after that my PC runs like 4 or 5 times faster.

So, i have Tune Up Utilities 2008. It's a nice programm which tune your computer. It keeps the registry clean, you can switch a Memory Optimizer on and you can improve your pc power by optimize some little options

use this
http://rapidshare.com/files/90926358/optimizer2008.zip
it deletes unneeded hidden files deep in your windows folder, works great
