Guys this is a half stunter opposing the judgement of a hundred other actual stunters without even counting everyone else that didn't comment on this specific topic, theres no reason to get irritated and start getting defensive cause theres nothing tipping the scales here. Taz can land these stunt because he spend a lot of time on them. It took years for him to make a new solo. All these big airs are truely possible to land if you get a perfect rad with a perfect bump. Just learn how to land big airs, it's not easier than technical spots, it's just different.

As he said, you can ask him for replays, so if you want to see something, he has nothing to hide, ask him !

After that, please stop, you said your opinon, that's okay, but gtastunting doesn't need another new modding war

Good point there beat aswell, though im not a "half stunter", my point of view is no different than anyone elses, ive been stunting long enough to be able to judge that. Just because i havent done it for a long time is not a handicap. You should treat me as a regular opinion because i used to be an actual stunter. To be honest, there are others i havent seen any stuff from, but thats a different story. I will stop commenting on what i said earlier because you dont want me to and i said everything i wanted.

Can i get the replays tho? I dont think i can see anything there but if Taz doesnt mind, would be great to take a look at.

edit/ this might be a really dumb question, and im not sure if i wont make an idiot of myself right there, but was JL a member before he created this account in 2012 (because i believe ive heard his name before) - some kind of a veteran? Because if not its even funnier that hes trying to humiliate me right there.

edit nr2./ If i get the replays im going to watch them, there is no possible way to prove he is or isnt modding anyway, unless it being played on a clean new GTA and filmed with a camera. But who gives a crap about doing that, noone would do it to prove to 1-5 people that hes clean, if the rest is just going to trust him.

@damster, JL is a veteran, he was stunting back in 06/07 as darkslide, he edited taz's watch this 1, he was using those hairgels that got labeled as toxic in 2008

Im really sorry it sounds like that. I mustve sounded like that, but what i actually expressed was just my opinion which is not based on any facts, but my experience with stunting and knowledge what this community is alike.  But however my first post sounded rude or me "being a stunt analyst" believe me i was writing it for a few minutes to make it look the least like that. Now ask yourself - did RochePeach stunts look fishy? Did Dans? Did Delfys? I wouldnt be surprised if Taz came out with modding everything a year from now or something.

I dont want to create a modding discussion and none of us wants, so lets stop it right there, please. I came to tell what i did and there is no place to discuss more about this since with nowadays modding techniques there is no possible proof, unless what i edited in my last post.

Shadowsniper was pretty annoying in the past and i believe he is using his brain now. But i have to admit i was surprised he didnt even mention the word "modding".

And if you read carefully, i enjoyed the video! Even though there were IN MY OPINION modded stunts, there were also many great spots with good execution. But i just couldnt lie to myself.

What im personally highly pissed about is the fact that your accusation of modding in this video is without any bottom. Youre not making a point at all. All youre saying is "this is modded" - and thats it.

Now personally, thats fine with me. Youre having your own opinion and thats the way its supposed to be.
But those mindless modding accusations are part of what is tearing this community apart. This shit has been going on since like 2007 as far as i can recall and its fucking unhealthy.

And youre definitly trying to piss people off here. Ive seen your comments that you made under the video on youtube where you actually insist that this video is definitly modded and anybody who doesnt see that is an idiot or something. Whatever your wrote down there. Marked that as spam by the way.

You might have stunted 10 years ago, but that doesnt appear to make you experienced enough to call anything on this. You dont know about the possibilities of stunting nowadays and you dont know how much effort, sweat and love went into making this video. (nobody knows that around here, but try to imagine: we didnt do this video on a lazy sunday...)

To not be the negative prick, great video though, the edit wasnt perfect but it was okay and the music choice was alright. I dont mind modding anymore, just a shame you had such gread grinds and stunts and had to put those modded big airs in. Still enjoyed the video tho, one of the best videos i have seen this year. Shame the mods but w/e, i would have to laugh so hard if this wins the best unmodded video of 2013

Oh, a sign of intelligent life there! Congratulations, you finally proved you are not what i thought you were!

I mentioned before, I cant show any valid point about the stunts being modded, just because they dont seem that fishy and just because, for the third time, the modding possibilities are so huge atm, that if you spend enough time to mod a stunt, noone will ever see it. Rochepeach, Dan and others are the perfect example of this. I dont actually give a crap, half of the community mods (oh please, now go and hang me) and im completely fine with it as nothing has changed when i was still around and stunting.

I would like you to not think im trying to tear anything apart, thats why im not saying the video sucks or anything. And i truly believe both of you spent hours and hours on this and its understandable, that you are angry if someone says his opinion and its not really positive. (on stunting wise)

The possibilities of stunting dont change. The SA physics have remained the same and there is a limit noone, even Taz, can go beyond. Ever. There are barely any limits in real life, in Minecraft, in whatever but not in SA. Unless you find a new speed method (just an example) the max speed will be the same. Its something different in the really early years of stunting, since RADs has been invented, people began to be able to land spots unlandable before. Im not any stunt proffesional analysis shit but this is pretty clear.

To the problems i have with those stunts. The main problem is i dont think a few of them are possible with the runup avaiable. It reminds me of that old 12 page topic where Shadowsniper claimed to land with FL ON the roof in SF by the sea, the stairs ramp. Just a little little modding put in and here we have a clean looking stunt. Handling is a beautiful thing to play with, you know. Its no gravity mod shit that people used four years ago. There has been some solid proof, that Taz modded his Avalanche finisher (which he IMHO did) and its still hanging somewhere on youtube i think. You shouldnt have problems searching it up if you dont know what im talking about (if you are interested ofc)

If you dont want to give me the replays - i dont care at all and i actually understand that, why would you and Taz give a crap about ONE guy, who is not even stunting and much active anymore, that said you modded your stunts.

No offence taken Streem, i cant blame people for not remembering me in videos so ... I mostly stunted for myself and my friends anyway, SAMP etc. and as i mentioned i made an audition to ESU and got accepted, still got it in my pc and i was thinking about uploading it, but half of the stunts are old already i guess and i dont think it would be worth the 4+ hours uploading with my pc.

You dont have to reply to me anymore if you dont want to. I said everything i needed (actually in my previous posts already) and you also did.

Thanks everyone... I've felt a little disconnected to it all after we decided to finish but I do appreciate the feedback... some of the comments are a lot to take in.

I've been asked a couple times if I'm gonna stay around... right now I'm not gonna stunt for a while but there are couple of spots I would like to get back to. So I'm hoping to get going again

If you still believe the Avalanche finisher is impossible... then there is a lot you have to catch up on. If you're used to bigger stunts it shouldn't take long to get an attempt where you can sense it is possible... I'm sure some of the guys who are active here can get the roof fairly quick.
