Jimmy 'the Rev' Sullivan died
« on: December 29, 2009, 11:21:45 AM »
http://www.avengedsevenfold.com/news/jimmy-rev-sullivan

Another awesome musician has died. I always hoped they would play with that line-up until they're old , but fate has destryoed these hopes. I sucks even more for me, because A7X was the band that got me into metal and then later into hardcore/ metalcore.

R.i.P. and my condolences to his family and friends.

Listening to 'Strees' already for like 30 min.

My girlfriend texted me with the news right before I was going to watch Avatar in 3D. I've watched the whole movie with mixed feelings :cheersad:

The weird thing is, I'm listening to them now and... i thought it was some old entertainer by the name 0.0 lmao

Sad that someone's died but Ax7 aren't all that great so it's not too big of a hit for me.

On the upside, I spose there's an opening now :D lol

Fuck... I really liked that band and thought he was a great drummer.
I hope this doesn't mean the end of Avenged Sevenfold.

Pretty good band, bit picky with them though; fabulous guitar player Synester Gates though, some really clean sweeping, never paid too much attention to the drums however, always seemed like some basic double bass stuff with some snare play.

Great music by them, I've been listening to them ever since I heard the soundtrack of Connected. Rest in peace dude, I surely hope that the band will keep going on.
