I've tried it, just didn't find good reasons to continue

I used to smoke a pack a day but overall I smoke between 2 to 4 cigarettes per day now.
I can go a week without smoking (or more) and not having any problems doing so but I do enjoy it so I've found a way to balance it where I have one if I'm in the mood for one and avoid it if I'm not.
Also I found I can kinda use it as a tool for stunting, if I'm trying technical stunts while smoking or having nicotine in my system I tend to become more calm and patient which is good for grinds and combos, while big-air stunts on the other hand I prefer the extra energy and hyperactive focus so I don't smoke when I do them.

Do you try to not lost time while stunting ? I mean like re-spawning as fast as you can, cutting the run-up if you can to not waste to much time ect...

I prefer letting the attempt play out, even if I don't stand a chance landing what I'm aiming for I consider good practice in landing, hitting walls without bailing and so on.
On stunts that doesn't need RAD's I use a shorter run-up where I RAD to get more attempts in to be as efficient as possible and also because I enjoy it.
