That's fine you don't approve of cheats or mods, but there isn't any real conclusive evidence he did it, we are all just speculating.  And to be honest there's no real way to know anyone with a record didn't mod even if slightly.  Chances are some of them cheated too.  But to be blunt, there are other ways of expressing your dissaproval of someones claim than blatant flaming like that.
