Beh how do you make solos every time? I can't even do 1 with some good stunts and u make 2 in a short time with epic stunts.

I'm not sure about that Personality > Skills thingie... first of all if you dont have ANY skill you wouldn't even be considered to be taken in... so a good personality won't change that... at all.
