 Splendid and dreamlike.  Great biography of an uncommon artist, discovered it within the acting of Jim Carrey and it made it even better. Andy Kaufman I salute you.  Horror movie, you know what you're getting into, not good cinematography but watchable with friends like any of them.   Gave them a rewatch this week since I missed the premiere in London, and yet haven't seen it  Still top action movies.  Had kinda forgotten this movie. Little reminder needed before watching the London opening  (which was amazing)  Johnnie Quid.  (Almost) as thrilling as the 1st time I saw it  Joseph Gordon Levitt killing his clean, perfect dude image and it gives a pretty damn good comedy   More bankable than the original swedish version, for larger audience but almost as good as the original one. Lacks the credibility of the actors though, they don't "fit" as much as the local actors did. Anyway Fincher knows his thing

I'm going to disappoint you Jubito, I'm part of the few french that don't like cheese. I get remarks from fellows each time I mention it "T'aimes pas le fromage, et t'es français ! Mais comment c'est possible, c'est dingue, et le vin alors ?" (French, and you don't like cheese ! Bonkers ! How is that even possible ? What about wine, traitor ?) I only eat cheese with the fat's food (hamburger, croque-monsieur, pizza) because it's not real cheese, industrial cheddar taste like nothing but sauce, or because the taste doesn't smell heavily of cheese. I happen to eat some unconsciously too  Ever since I was born, might be linked to the fact my parents love it. My mum probably ate a lot of it while she was pregnant, cheese overdose through the link you know So you like Roquefort and Maroilles ? The 2 stinky cheese that can make my food taste bad even if I only smell it from the end of the table ?   But I do like Wine, Snails, Frogs and whatever strangers despise within our customs

working all day too and waiting for weekend's too
school starts again soon so i get a lot of free time now had my drivers license about 2 months ago so... ye been driving all day long and so on... the weeks are boring but there is a LOOOT of things going on at the weekends 
School starts soon ? Dude, I still have until October before going to school and learn to decipher letters, how to spell my name and counts till 10 ! (Glad to mock you, but kinda jealous too since mines are too long, holidays are annoying when there's not much to do and you stay in your district.) I've really gotta get that driver's license, in France you can't drive before 18 and you need both the theorical part and the practical done. It's expensive, but I could have been a driver for the past 2 years, yet still a pedestrian Any new projects soon ? Solos, Duos :33

how's real life going on with ya guys ?
Everything's going fine, even though I wish I could actually be travelling rather than just staying round the department waiting for nights out, working as a slave at Carrefour and waiting responses for the 3rd year at University. I've just received news for this one, going to la Sorbonne next year, so you can take this one of the list and add a little smile to my face but it's also one thing to keep busy that's off. Oh yeah, I bought myselft a Cruiser just to fuck around and go places on a board, I was missing my skateboarder's period and been a while since I last snowboarded. Was looking for a new "riding"-stuff since I lacked that awesome, found that yesterday morning (small longboard for city-kinda) and ordered it straight away. It's fun on the streets, goes pretty fast, still lack a bit of practice, and you can even go back and forth in the train with it  What about you Mem's ?

Well I always try something at least once.
So do I. I can't bear people talking without bothering to give it a try  Last week, I went to London, I don't eat any fish since I was born allergic but growing old made it go. You can't go to London without trying Fish & Chips, so I did, just a tiny bit of that stinky grilled fish and it tasted bad (Luckily, I also tried Burger King which have been booted out of France years ago. That triple whopper was terrific and got my stomach double. Such a fatty fat food )

That's right TB ! See Rainbow, don't be a pussy, only people from developed countries who haven't eaten snails are like "Oh it's disgusting, weird asses french". I'm pretty sure toasted grasshopper may be a blast too, I'll try them if I ever get the chance to travel to the South of Africa

Yea, it's the 3rd time in a row we go to Embrun for the holidays in the summer. And I visit Fontainebleau nearly every year aswell. I love the country but hate the language and the fact I rarely find people that do speak it. Most of those people are the elder generation or atleast 30+ though. Been to Paris twice aswell. Fashion capital of Europe? ... ssssssssssssssssssssssuuuure. Overpriced garbage with a logo on it 6 euros for a freaking coffee and 20000 euros for complete set of Louis Vuitton? The city itself is amazing though.
And nope, no frogs or snails so far and I am not going to try it sorry man I am pretty picky when it comes to food and the idea of eating a snail .. just... yikes. How do they taste for you?
That's what I thought, I remembered Fontainebleau since at that time I had given you a response on the forum, and I didn't where Embrun was but Burn did if my memory is right You hate the french language ? And people that barely speak english right ? That's how we roll, self-centered fags, (I despise it too), but I like the language. Hard for foreigners, but we have a large pallet of words when it comes to describe just 1 thing or be very precise unlike the language I'm posting with Dude, that's fashion paying overpriced stuff with shitty brand on it, any Capital you'll get that and in any capital your wallet will be dried out. I went to London last week, was amazing, but it cost me an arm to drink pints with each one of my meals, fill up my Oyster card and just live for a few days. Still I wish I could live/study there (Even more expensive than Paris, except for Guinness and London Pride pints) Indeed, the city is amazing, I've always loved it and I never get bored of it. Wish I could live in Paris intra-muros and not around the bush though, but each square meter will cost you a small car Picky for food ? Man, I'm french, we're the best when it comes to cooking and tasting. I can assure you it tastes more than fine, order a half-dozen/dozen in a good restaurant and I can promise you, you'll love it. But I'm never too kind on eating such meal in restaurant, they always serve faties so you get a run for your money, while the best are the "little grey" (petit gris) that my grandma cooks for instance. At least I hope you've eaten Foie Gras with marmalade and toasts, California MPs are hypocrit fags, animal abuse and created the large food and fast food industry as we know it

You seem to go to France regularly Rainbow, don't you ? I might be wrong, but I think I've already seen you post about it a few times over the years on the forums ? If so, have you passed the test of fire and taken on snails and frogs ? If not, then this year is the right year to, no particular reason.
