I would like to share this editing software! its good, switching from sony vegas to resolve! :wub:

It is a solid alternative, especially because they offer a free version. Though with the free one you aren't allowed to use most of the FX.
Can recommend Affinity (https://affinity.serif.com/de/) as an alternative for common Adobe programs.
As for After Effects, I'm using Blender (https://www.blender.org/) as an alternative. It can do most of the stuff with similar results.

Probably you are right! Their CC is insane, but complex and learning curve is difficult
Would probably get into this.

Yup!, also vegas is user friendly and UI is easy to get!
