Nice tutorial UL, I'll have a go later and post here. Should be fun, I used to animate stuff in Maya, and half my Uni work is modelling virtual reality workspaces :)

Okay, whipped this up, the windows need some work because I'm not sure if I want to make an interior or not and I'm only using basic textures so far, but I managed this first go -

Go to GTA forums, somebody made four tutorials on how to build building models with sketchup and texture them and put them in your game.
