Dotted Background[/color]
Today we're going to make the effect shown here:

Step 1: Make a new document with the following settings:

Step 2: Zoom in as far as possible (1600+), and put a single dot in the middle, like this:

Step 3: Press CTRL+A, and navigate to Edit > Define Pattern. I named mine as Repetitive Dots.
Step 4: Open your signature or similar, then press Shift+F5, and select the pattern.
Step 5: Add your render, text and border.
Done! Have fun!

im gona have to agree with GT about this 1, it was one of the 1st things i did just mucking round before i knew how to do many things, sorry lol but i like the rest.
