Its nearly imposs to double bump it / use packer. since the road is going upwards, and if you have a fast runup, you will probably "jump" a little from the ground.

dude u can double bump it.... u just have to bump it right
but with double bump u can only land on the down part of that water tank
i got close to it 2 times so it is poss

One of the most annoying stunts I've tried. Their's problems with every part of it I swear.

Ps. I tried with a double bump rather than a PB.
