Does the whole stunt, including the runup, have to be done in the docks or can the runup be started outside of the docks?

From now on, unless stated otherwise, the BUMP and LANDING must take place within the area mentioned. The run up can be whereever. Hell, for a VC stunt you can start the run-up in LC
