Enough of your whining, all he wants is an active crew, one that produces videos regularly and has an active private section. Gummy obviously didn't like it in USS so he left, and if he doesn't like it in DSS either, well, he'll leave obviously.

As for the part where he didn't notify you before he left, err, he's chinese so it could be anything.
