Title: SOLID GROUND 4 TOPIC

currently i'm organizing a collab in SA. If you'd like to join PM me on gtas or on discord (Artifex_#5791).

Edit 1/7/2021: I've decided to make this the 4th installment of "Solid Ground" :ninja:
