Dont take this wrong, i dont need a new PC. just wanted to put some activity into this forum.
As you might know, there are thousands of online PC stores around the glob, and your job is to try to build the best PC with the given cash.
basicly, you need to try to squeeze every penny out and build the best possible PC.

Objective:

Build the best Gaming PC with the money given

Budget: 1100$/916€

Rules:
1. the store doesnt have to be in your country. it could be from anywhere around the world.
2. the challenge is to BUILD a pc, do not post links to already-built PC's
3. all the parts must be from the same store. meaning you cant take a GFX card from X store and a CPU from Y store.
4. the money is for a PC only. which includes a case and all the parts in it. you can pass the external stuff like speakers/monitor/KB/mouse etc. software and OS's arent needed either
5. try not to exceed over the budget. it could be 30$ more max.

Once again, this is just a fun challenge.

Just copied this from the 'build-your-pc' system. i know there are some hebrew stuff in there, but the component names are in english, and 3894 NIS = 1024$. so i couldve squeezed a bit more from it. think you can build something better?

- The replay editor can record, save and edit the last 30 seconds of the game. Once you have saved your video, you can open another piece of internal software in order to change the point of view and add special effects. The montage editor allows you to edit various replays into a single sequence, add audio tracks from the official soundtrack of the game and add effects like transition from a sequence to another. You can then upload and publish your videos to the Rockstar Social Club to share them with the world.

- The GPS map has been improved. You can now point and click with the mouse on a specific location and make notes or add images to personalize it.

- Improved streaming will be possible with the power of todays processors. If you have seen cars on the road that matched the car you are driving, this has been somewhat fixed. More pedestrians and vehicles will be visible.

Imagine if there will be something like.. a GTA Player.. you could just make GTA videos which will weigh nothing, cause they will be using GTA IV's engine to run.

We need you guys!

Since now, Pure Stunting Server (yeh, the pinned one) is fully open to recive stunt maps you guys made!
Simple as that: make a good stunt map in MTA, and send it to us. also dont forget to mention how hard the map is. if we like it, and it doesnt break any rules, we will accept it. you can allways keep updating it and sending us the new map.

We are hoping to fill all the green areas with stunt maps.


Retyping the rules for submitting:
- The map must be located in one of the green areas. red areas are already taken
- Your map can also be located above the city, in any location you want, cept above other stunt maps
- Maps shouldnt interfere with the original map.
- Make sure the road doesnt produce rad-bumping
- PM the maps to me
