I play with lowest settings ofcourse, and downloaded that contig.exe tool so far.

Are various options.
For somebody it add fps, to another recognize.

Make Commandline.txt with this
-nomemrestrict -norestrictions -novblank -noprecache -notimefix -availablevidmem 2.5 -percentvidmem 999

when i had iv i used to use no traffic mod, it works like bomb, gave me about 9-10fps but theres a problem

you get no traffic at all  :|

I get about 70fps normal with 9500 gt and now 85-90 with timecyc, so that should help

Use the commandline.. and for the rest well, I am suprised my PC could run it this smooth.. Average of 50 to 70 FPS (different in some locations ..) on everything high and shadows off with no patches(1440x900..my max resolution  <_<:L Turning shadows on (even on low) reduces my FPS by a good 30-40 FPS.. And installing those patches makes my IV freeze on startup  :ninja:

So use commandline and turn those shadows OFF  :ajaja:
