Nice job boys. Some great air to roof stunts...a couple of nice grinds. There seemed to be a couple that I'd seen before in different vids (as mike stated)...but I'm not sure if they were done again, or just re-shot. Whatever the case, it didn't take away from the vid too much. Editing was spot on, and the vid was altogether thoroughly enjoyable.
Sorry I was a bit late with this response...internet's been playing up.

We just changed one female txd and dff and then changed the pedgrp.dat file so that every ped was that one female (which was now Tommy). And yeah, after that we did the fannymagnet cheat to get them to follow us.

No, there's not a hell of a lot of codec choice. But I've almost always gone with WMV...which I can do with Video Vegas.
Much better than Premier, I must say.

If you're confident enough, considering you're recording on the fly with the PS2, you could try slowing the game speed down (although I'm not sure if you can do that in SA), and doing the stunt like that. Only problem there is that the entire stunt will be slow.

I just want to offer my apologies too for not tossing this LC scm (with the cab ability) out to everyone. Dark and I kinda wanted to keep this vid under wraps. I'll be posting a stunt vid friendly package that I'm piecing together here very soon...but in the mean time, you can contact me on MSN or whatever, and I'll gladly forward everything you'll need.
Oh, and one more thing. I noticed when I was just watching the credits now (still checking for mistakes...hehe) that I didn't put a page of credits in. The cabs are using Vice City's handling.cfg lines. The LC cabs handling.cfg is much too clunky, and heavy to do anything of the calibre that you can do in Vice City with Taxis. The VC lines had NO alteration to them..so the cabs behave as they would in VC. I apologize for this oversight. For anyone who's going to do cab stuff in LC, I'd suggest doing the same. We did it in the interest of making the vid better.

I had the same thing happen Madman. Got my edit ready, fired up the encoder...vid came out to 850meg. Decided against uploading that. A bit of tinkering and I got the quality to size ratio nice.
Good to hear the vid's coming...will certainly have a peek when it's up.

The sequel that just had to happen. In conjunction with ATS, the old pair from Busted Joypad have put together a sequel to Off Duty. This was a fair while ago, Demon. Nitz and I have both gotten 663 at that exact location. As far as I know...that's the highest cab climb.
I no longer have my image of the stats...but I'm positive that Nitz's is still posted at PGTA somewhere if you wanted to look. The actual clip of it (without stats) is in his vid 'Higher Ground'.

Nice job Cheif...certainly one of the most unique stunt (or anti-stunt) vids I've seen.

It's good to see that even now people are throwing their hat into the stunting ring. Yeah the editing was a little so-so, and clips ran a bit slow....but it's the stunts we want, and for a first vid, yours were pretty darn groovalicious (sorry, just watched Taxilicious, and am now overusing the suffix - licious).
I do agree with Mike though, take a bit more time to weed out the filler stuff.

Nice vid Demonfade. I've always been a fan of cab stunts, and your vid was...well...chock full of them, obviously. Some great continual popping, and it's a dang shame you couldn't keep that last one going from the second building.
Only advice, throw some quick credits in. You did use somone's song, and people may wanna know what software you used to edit. But that's just me nitpicking, really.
