Unlocking fps contorts this game's physics substantially. There is an unwritten rule not to use it in Vice City. Eventhough technically it is not modding.

Legit way is you have a packer, get second packer, run up and get the packer you are driving stuck where you need with the help of the second.

0:22 and the next one were top tier
0:38, 1:04, 1:42 nice stunts, although only the latter is new
0:49,0:56, 2:22 ok packerbumps, these look clean and natural
1:54 is not modded obviously, but is a fluke that should't be in a serious vid. 
opener and 1:16 fucking ridiculous, these would never happen with standard handling and gravity, the height in the first and the distance in the second was lol. These are simply not possible. In 1:16 you couldn't even rad there and  got 300ft distance without ever going down. Funny. And you inserted shaking effect right after the bump. Too funny.
Considering this I don't think the finisher is clean also. The height reserve above the roof is big. Freaking crazy big and unbelievable. Not speaking of the csmpackerbump itself is disgusting, but that's personal taste.
You are your own worst enemy corrupting the video with that modded crap. I don't care much about mods usually, this case is just too blatant. The only one you're fooling is yourself.
