I fail to see why it has become such a reference over the years, it was an okay psychological thriller, might look old nowadays since Scorsese made it in 1976 but still was disappointed.

I used to believe David Lynch is not a poser, good times.

My Sassy Girl. Incredible love movie, korean cinematography of the 00s is ridiculously good.

Coming from the poser of GTAS, what do you imply by the way ? Lynch tries too hard to be a new Kubrick ?

The atmosphere of this one never gets old, still my favorite from Guy Ritchie.

Lynch tries too hard to be a director, let alone a new Kubrick. He should learn a thing or two from Michael Bay, they are both just as bad, but at least Bay knows his limits.

Pretty good movie, nothing new though. Vera Farminga is one of the best actresses I've ever seen, here she's just ok. 6.3/10

How do you try to be a director ? It's just a post you handle to manage the whole production and try to transmit your vision through the whole process of the movie creation. I don't think Lynch has done too much, if I had something to reproach to Lynch I'd reproach to give the viewer too much liberty to think (not understand, think) their movies.

Seems like a weird criticism, however having a fixed interpretation would enhance those productions even if it's a type of art I enjoy I'd love to have a reference and not only evidences of possible understandings.

As to learn from Bay, that was funny mate

Typical funny french comedy of the recent years, always a laugh and it doesn't seem to get old.

Mindfuck you enjoy. It deals with some quite troubling problems.

Also saw "Spirited away" and "No country for old men" which were both brilliant.

It's based on a true event, so no comment regarding the plot. I found it to be very subtle and intriguing.

Mindblowing. The thing that creeps me out is that I actually got it. I recommend seeing this beforehand:

Terence McKenna - The Relationship of Mathematics to Nature

and this afterwards:

Nature by Numbers
