I think spoosh shows you the co-ordinates under the main menu. Of course I might be way off.

VC teleport saves co-ords for teleport points to a file called saved_positions.dat. You can open that with notepad to see the list. It's not the most efficient way of saving co-ords, but at least you can cut and paste them straight into the script. Mission Builder's Code Creator program also records co-ords. That one's actually much easier, come to think of it. One button press and the co-ords are laid out on a text window.

If memory serves, there's only about 3 ambulances parked in the entire game. So you could always just move them all 20 points on the X axis.
