Hey guys!  Happy New Year to all of you. I hope life is treating everyone well. I wanted to drop by and share something I recently made. I started a little youtube channel for Session Skate Sim content (and perhaps some other stuff). It's just a creative outlet for me to try different things and have a bit of fun. Not sure how many of you here on GTAS are into skating but I am for sure. Been doing it for "real" for the past 20 years or something. My GTA videos were always heavily inspired by skateboarding tricks so this Session skateboarding game is pretty much a dream for me! It's a short video/film of a recent trip I did to Iceland. My goal was to capture it from above as we went around the whole Island during a few weeks of winter. Also we just wanted to go on a photography mission. Conditions were pretty harsh at times, very variable weather but that's what we expected. We did get loads of sunny days which were amazing. Iceland is amazing, super diverse and it looked nothing like I had seen from photos that were taken during summer. I am definitely going back at one point. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this project of mine and perhaps it serves as some sort of inspiration to some who are thinking of travelling there. Just go if you can. Yes, a self-titled video. We thought that because we never made one, we could make it the last one. The road to this video has been a bumpy one..everyone has been struggling to find the time to 'stunt,' the stunts in this were landed in a long period of time, most of them in 2009 or even earlier. We tried to get as many people in it as possible. There have been editor changes and other things happening that slowed the video down a lot, causing people (BK) to lose stunts etc. I took the editing job in a weird time in my own life, in the beginning of August. I tried my best to get something done, and to have my vision of the video. Editing wise, tried to keep it in sync and flowing, and to have a 'feel' in it, whatever it may be. The amount of stunts for each person is so drastically different because...well it just happened. The goal was to make the crew video watchable. It's me again, with another VC solo video. TMS is a bit slow with videos these days, so hopefully you people will be able to enjoy this in the meantime. Again, I tried out some ideas I thought would be fun to see landed, and put this thing together. I was unable to get some stunts, but hopefully I will succeed in the future. Rendering...This time I thought I should try to do a .mkv version, and thanks to Daffy's awesome tutorial I managed just that, but I'm not sure if the size/length part is correct when it comes to .mkv's. But anyway, there is something for you quality freaks and others as well, ofcourse. A note on the editing: The effect, that you may think was bad masking/cropping is not bad masking or cropping. It was done on purpose just like that, to show the outline of whatever it was that I was driving at that point in time, as the clip itself faded and zoomed out. I could've masked every frame perfectly, but then the outline could not have been seen. I'm not really that dumb to think it was good masking when I left it like that I had some major issues uploading the video because whenever I uploaded anything to anywhere, Windows Live messenger would sign out and not let me connect until I had closed the upload. The default MSN worked fine. As I'm not the only one using this connection, I couldn't just deny access to others just because I needed to upload. So a big thanks to Tackleberry and Nuc for helping me upload. I will most likely add a youtube link soon, but I'd rather not right away... Any idea why this happens: I've used 1680x1050x32 in all the games for ages, and never had any problems when frapsing (GTA games I mean) When I fraps random stuff those are the settings I use + half size and 30 fps on fraps. Up until a few days ago, everything has been fine, but then, when recording a stunt in VC with those settings, the fps just dropped to 10...I have no idea why. Everything is fine in SAiVC (it would be fine in SA too I bet, but I don't have it) with the same settings, just VC is weird. So I put VC's settings to 1680x1050x16, and it was fine...But I wanna use 32 like I've always used.
I've reinstalled VC, I've reinstalled fraps, nothing. My PC is definitely good enaugh Cause everything used to be fine...

I know It'll sound like a joke... but yea, this truly is my last solo video. If you know me, then it was obvious that i would make a VC video after a SA video. Thats how I've done things in the past. I've been doing this slowly since...i dunno, some of the reps used are very old. Anyway. This is like a fun video, did some ideas that i found and thought they would look cool in a video. The song i used might seem like it has a sad theme, but actually i dont regret the time i spent on this site, making videos. I just like the song. I'll say thanks to a few people that I consider to be funny/helpful/ or just a great addition to this community: Juan, Turtle Dick, Nitzkit, Torque, Pleth, Kingjad, Tack, Sweet, Dannye, godson, papa nuc and ofcourse the rest of TMS. The plan is to ask an admin to suspend me for like 99 years or something (for my own peace of mind), in a few days, cause tbh I've said i quit numerous times, I'd like to make it count this time. Don't really have time for this anymore, it was hard enaugh to do this video. People working, or going to college / Universities know what i mean. I know i know...I could drop by from time to time, i dont really need to quit this forum...We'll see how that suspension idea goes. Ok...first of all, i started working on this vid in september. The point of this vid is to say thanks to the people that have watched my previous vids and have supported me etc. This is not a vid about hight bumps, floaty looking p2b's and so on. Its about doing the fun tech stuff that i like in SA, meaning this vid is full of weird MTB sh*t that most of you dont like. Its not a long vid, mainly because over the past months, ive "lost" a lot of stunt spots to other people, which is obvious, cause the vid has been in the works for quite some time. I may have old stuff in here, dont know, because i cant watch all the vids that pop out these days, to find out if i lost any stunts... I didnt make this vid because i wanted to "top" SA My way, the way that vid turned out, is something i dont want to top (imo) There are so many ways you can edit a vid, there are so many different music types and stuff...this vid couldve turned out completely different. You just have to settle with something. I just hope you enjoy the vid as much as i enjoyed doing it, and thanks for watching. It WILL be my last solo, both in SA and VC. I just cant imagine going through all this again, to make another solo. Btw, if you watch the vid, and open SA and land all the stunts in 5 minutes, i dont care, because the important part is to think about the ideas and the spots. Please dont post "big reviews"...i dont like them at all, especially if you're rating a vid such as this, a vid which has "fillers" for most people. Yep, as you all know already...since TMS sucks at keeping secrets and stuff...
Yesterday, after a fight with other TMS people, sweet left the crew. All the best to him, hope he does well, and keeps on stunting.
And today (or yesterday) Falcon joined the crew. He has improved a lot since he first wanted to join TMS back in Dec 2005 Hope he can fit the crew well, and that you all accept him.
