They would get fucking bollocked if they put kids in, I know it doesn't seem like much but because of how people interpret things, killing a kid would be alot more than killing an adult, and it would go from there seeing as R* would be letting you.

Multiple storylines
More variety in vehicles
More interactive storyline (your actions have consequences etc..)
A usuable mobile phone (could make for some funny easter eggs).

Online feature.. can support every human in the world, and every player is unique...
different seasons(but i dont think so,because it is still liberty city isnt it?)
Animals, Children, Sex, Reality!
i wish there is also a air combo for action combat just like tekken..lol
BIGGER CITY..like you can go around the world..
SPACE SHIP, cruise to the moon or another planet...
CELEBRITIES...

I Wish theres a Packer or an NRG or a new one thats says Grinding Bonus just like Stoppie bonus or Insane Stunt bonus.

even I wish they will have the transfender so you can get the nitros or a cheat for No Traffic,Ifinite health plus for cars,and bikes,to stop the time that works on the mission.

my last wish is the whole city unlocked so you can go to another city to stunt in here sorry for bumping old topic....
