Ctor.dll missing

long story short, i needed to reinstall san andreas and i wanted to get everything, so i backed up the necessary things(replays and whatnot) took off samp first and went to unistall sa. but when i went to the control panel to unistall it, it gave me the error:

"there was a problem starting
C:\Program\common\installshield\professional\runtime\10\50\intel32\Ctor.dll
the specified module could not be found"

how should one go about fixing such a problem? i did a full scan, but found no viruses, rebooted, reinstalled samp incase it would replace but couldnt fix it. what would you guys recommend that i do to fix this?

edit: this appears to only be a problem with gta sa, because i took a few other programs off without trouble after replacing the files in said folder from a different computer. i still need to reinstall sa though

after managing to replace the .dll files, now its giving me this:

"an error[-5004 : 0x7e] has occurred while running the setup.

please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.
blah blah blah"

so apearantly my computer is pretty fucked up atm

finally fixed it all you need to do is open the files on the disk instead of running the install.exe
in the files, run setup.exe and it should uninstall sa if control panel wont. then you can just reinstall off the disk and all should be well
