Generally you did pretty well on this, the execution of effects were pretty nice and the transitions were nicely placed too. I loved that idea of the camcorder at the cabbie stuntand how smoothly that turned out.
The only thing I didn't like as much is how all the flashes kind of take away the "flow" of the video, almost like they're supposed to be the focus on the editing (but this may just be my imagination and I'm thinking weird).

You've got room for some improvement but you're already doing very well, so I say yes.

You know, it was my first video created in Premiere Pro (with some NewBlueFX), and I'm little bit noobie in Adobe software still. It's reason why I used only flashes. I agree with you about "flow" effect. I won't forget about it in my next project.
