Fugitive:
A very nice design. A good and clear font too. I like the Matrix looking background especially. Though the colors could have been a bit more lively.

Tackleberry:
I like the theme, but the overwhelming and ugly font ruins a good base. Overall it looks a bit pixelly and crowded. But it does have a nice mix of colors.
