From what people have been saying on gaming forums, looks like GTA IV has problems on 360s and only 60GB PS3's, 40GB is fine though.

When I play a PC game, sometimes while playing all these pixel-like squares come on the screen. They're pretty much really zoomed in pixels of the game image. (Eg. I went in front of a taxi at night (in GTA), and all the squares turned white.)
Anyway, I get out of the game, and it affects my desktop aswell, but goes away when I restart.
Does anybody have any idea how to fix this? Gets annoying having to restart the PC when I'm having fun playing =\
