An easy to follow tutorial on creating a matrix style background.

--------------------

Step 1: Make a new document using the following settings:

Step 2: Navigate to Filter > Texture > Grain, and use the following settings:

Step 3: You should get this:

Step 4: Navigate to Filter > Artistic > Neon Glow, and use these settings:

Step 5: You should get this:

Step 6: Navigate to Filter > Stylize > Glowing Edges, and use these settings:

Done! - Here is the outcome:

I find it funny how you're still ripping stuff from other people and then claiming 'it' as yours. I've seen this tutorial quite a few times now.
Yes, maybe the pics are yours, but you are not the author and I'm quite sure that you didn't figure out this by yourself.
