I actually hate the fact we'll only start from quarter rounds with knock out matches. I liked how the previous one was organized(in the way of battles and entries). But that's just me I guess..

Good job and great outline, but why just in VC? We can have two seperate competitions at the same time, one for VC and SA, but with the same outline and rules.

It makes sense to me.
From what i read its going to start out with 8 different categories, for example a category for ag's, grind's, pb's, etc..
Everybody can submit a stunt to each category but only the best stunt from each category will advance, and thats how the eight stunters will be choosen. Then those eight stunters are split into teams of four, and they go against each other. In the end only for remain and the same thing happens over again. Finally only two stunters remain, and the champion is decided.

I think you guys are missing the point...  Everyone can compete, krem just worded it a bit differently.

Think of it this way, anyone who wants to can sign up.  The first round happens, and 8 stunters are left.  Using the word qualification is just a different way of saying that...  In fact, in this system it gives equal opportunity to each stunter to qualify by submitting a stunt that they are good at.  Ex. one guy is good at airgrabs, he can qualify there, one guy is good at grinds he can qualify there.

Without this system, everyone would compete based upon the same challenge and it wouldn't be fair to those not good at the challenge.

So to put it simply, this is the fairest way to run the league.

Yeah, but 8 stunters is a small ammount. The first league had 16 and now there are more people who want to take part in this one, i'm sure. It won't be a big problem to have A and B leagues, I think, cause the stunts will be done not very often so judges will have enought time to rate 'em.

If we will have only one league, it will be only a pro stunters league, but the first one wasn't a competion only, it was also a chance to not so well-know stunters to show themselves and to practice and raise their skills.

We should do like a North America vs. World type of thing. I don't see that working though.

But 8 is a bit of a small amount, 16 or something would be nicer.

Ive put forward this amount of people cos i feel that is what i am able to organise effectively, the same reason I selected VC only. Obviously a bigger competition would be better, but at this point I would like to test this system and everyone still has a chance to compete, by entering in as many of the initial eight contests

Also I have found one judge for this now

Also I didnt spell organisation wrong....Im from Australia :P

I'm in, but I would prefer WEREWOLF's idea. But at this point, any GTASL is better than none at all.
