1: Does police, ambulances and firetrucks count?
2: Do i have to stay on it or can i hit it and do something?
3: As in land on it, i assume i can't be touching the ground when i hit it, right?

We know it's pretty specific as a challenge, but you still have many options.

As for Daffy's questions:

1. Only pedestrian vehicles, so you can't use the police/army cars, ambulances or firetrucks.
2. You have to land and stay on it in the end.
3. If I got your question right....you can hit it, but you have to land and stay on it in the end.

Aren't they pedestrian-controlled vehicles too?

I guess I could understand if you didn't want to allow them to do it with cop/etc cars that are only there because they have many stars, but even on zero stars some still drive around like normal cars...

Well the police cars are but the firetrucks and ambulances aren't if i'm not mistaken.

One more question: Do they have to be moving or can they be at a red light for instance... please say can be standing still as long as there's a pedestrian driving inside

Ah yes...when we came up with the challenge, I guess we should of used the term civilian rather than pedestrian. Sorry for this one being a tad unclear, I hope there won't be any misunderstandings.

EDIT: Yes Daffy, you can land on them when they are momentarily standing still, like in the red lights for example).
