I do not see a rule claiming "retarded moders" should be banned. As Red said, if you allow him spoil your fun in a game thats made for fun, then something is wrong with you. you CANNOT be better than other people in stunting. by stunting some time you dont gain skill. The only thing that makes some stunts better than others is the DEDICATION put in the stunt, not skill. Its not the case that you get better the longer you stunt.
