Does anybody heard about a speed limit which is built in game, and you cant break? Because its easy to reach with normal rad, so this makes no sense, or wtf

Never heard of such thing and if there is one I doubt it can be achieved by anyone as guys like boxXx or Cdarmy haven't got into it.
