Right Now
A VC/LC Parkour Video

Yes, another one of my parkour videos.

This one includes more combo's than the previous three I made (Ascendancy and the Reverses), and unlike any other parkour video I've made in the past this isn't made in 24 hours.

Although some people may think this isn't all that hard, they'd be surprised about several things if they'd try it; however, that is not the point I'm making with this video. I don't want to make a great video, with a lot of good stuff in it. I don't want to any award for best editing or whatever. I made this video for pure fun, and the process of it revolved around experimenting, mainly in terms of terrain, about finding spots that make you go "cool, I can do this here if I go that way".

I wanted to make a video that I watch and say "damn, that was fun to do." I don't feel the urge to read comments saying "OMG great vid", I feel the urge to read comments saying "great vid to watch". Stunting is too competitive right now, I feel people should focus on fun, not "fame".

You're so right mate.

That was a funny video to watch, a bit bored too, due to the music i think. I liked the last stunt.

Cool work mate .

Nice  You're really skilled at this stuff. I tried it once and could never get the timing right for the jumps. The Stuff near the film studio and the last one at the airport were propably my favourites =)

I remember doing the last one as a challenge Brulla posted a few months ago .  Great video, I've always loved the parkour/GBing side of Vice City, people should be exploring it more.

I like seeing VC parkour videos from you, atleast theres someone who isnt as lazy as I am.

Although there was the same old problems you've always had. The biggest one first, you hesitate way too much when you parkour. Its not appealing at all when a person is tapping forward and backwards and waiting to do the jump/next move. VC parkour can be very challenging when you step up and really get rid of all the hesitation. I like to parkour with confidence. I also like seeing it, but in your videos I don't see it.

Second problem is that you take the easy way, very often. You use grenades to skip challenging parts which would be a lot harder to do naturally. I actually counted the useless nades in this video, they were about 9. Thats pretty much for a video of this length  I especially were dissapointed to see the Film Studio route at (01:25). That route (actually the destination roof with the two small ramps) is possible to access without any nades, its hard though, its my hardest spot. I was also dissapointed to see couple of those old spots, some of which I showed you the clips of a year ago

And yeah I know, as you said in your post, you didnt do this do impress, you did it to entertain. And I respect that, I just had to get that off my chest. I also apologise if I came on too hard, I guess I'm a bit dissapointed that you get all the public attention as the "parkour creator" or the "parkour expert". But I can only blaim myself for not doing any videos back then, or these days.

Anyhow...atleast theres someone to put out these videos to entertain the people, I respect that.

Good watch. I'd like to see some more jumps focusing on precision and height rather than distance.
