Title: Fraps Issue
Post by: Turtle Boy on November 19, 2009, 03:57:51 PM
Well, before I reformatted everything was fine, I could record my VC/LC/SAiVC at 30fps solid 1920x1080x32, I use full size and no sync option in fraps, although I turn sound off anyways, and it all worked no drop of even a single frame, but now when I try to record anything it skips around from like, 10 fps to 25 at best, and randomly too, sometimes it goes to 30 for a second then back down to shitty, FPS, Ive updated to the latest video driver, tried re-installing fraps, dled and installed NEW fraps, and still its doing the same shit. I fucked around with some of the stuff in CCC too but still nothing, any ideas? I mean, it worked fine before.. :( Im trying to edit a SAiVC solo for a friend and this is super gay.

Any ideas would be very helpful. Thanks

Edit: I just tried turning the no sync option off and it appears to be working btter in LC, still dropping down occasionally but in SAiVC its still doing the same fucking thing. : /

In SA this makes because of FL off, in VC i don't know, but i know that your taping looks smoother when you use this :P

You can stabilize the fps and have smoother camera angles

Or you can just tick 'No-Sync' and it will work without doing anything else...but damn thats still seems too hard to do for some people.
