for all we know, you could have got a skimmer flew up high saved that as a teleport spot got a taxi, cab boosted and then hit the hotkey and teleported up into the sky and then fell down the ground and got that.

No he didn't, he used that green building just as before. I don't know if it counts ZeroX, but here's a question, what if you landed like that, but them jumped out of the taxi and pushed it over before it caught flames? Would it still count?
