Well today I find it is still hard to lift the PCJ front wheel at 60 fps sometimes...so it is a common bug? anyway please ignore this topic

;D  Yesterday I tried to do a BSM, I found out that when my bike rushes at high speed, I just can't rise my front wheel.,that is when 30FPS.

Out of curiosity, I just turned off the FPS limiter, it is around 60fps. Then I find I can lift the front wheel successfully!

 I also found that at higher fps the taxi can jump a little higher but when you jump and hits the wall, taxi also reduce the speed a little bit more quickly.

I also test the PCJ gliding distance individually at 30 and 60fps, looks no difference  :ajaja:

What GTA are you talking about?

What GTA are you talking about?

Of course Vice City  :cc_detective:

The cabbie in vice city works a bit like san andreas' one, the more fps you have the bigger the boosts will be.
And for the pcj, if you look carefully no matter how many fps you have, if you wheelie driving towards south you will always succeed without any big effort; but on the other hand if you wheelie towards north it won't happen unless you do it as soon as you start accelerating.

Unlocking fps contorts this game's physics substantially. There is an unwritten rule not to use it in Vice City. Eventhough technically it is not modding.

I think the reason why people in vc don't uncap their fps is because replays get fucked up through that(at least mine do). Cabbie boosts get you more height because you can do more inputs per second and physics are weird because they are hardcoded and were never meant to run at a different fps than 30 in VC or 25 in SA.

30fps in sa too, i dont know why r* fucked it up with framelimiter on pc, on ps2 it runs on 30

Different direction has different effect to stunting?! I will try it!

Yeah my replay also has that problem

And if I zoom out while replaying, tommy will disappear 100%

if you use F1 it does, if you use F2 it doesnt

Thanks man! I don't have to worry that tommy will disappear while recording replays anymore  ;D
