All Day Lights (http://www.Blackslime.com/PaytonsFileHosting/GTAVC/AllDayLights.rar)

All Day Lights (http://www.Blackslime.com/PaytonsFileHosting/GTAVC/AllDayLights.rar) turns on all building neons, all window lights, and all streetlamps.  It does not turn on car headlights.

I came about this mod because, I needed a way to record my replays at night without having to redo complicated and tough stunts.  The sky color was easy to change, but I was still missing the glitz and glam of Vice City night life.  And apparently I founded what I needed to find.

Thanks to Flat Face for suggesting stunting during the day with all the lights.  Which made me tailor this mod not just for myself, but for those like FF that want to stunt uniquely.
